摘  要:为预测及综合防治豆科植物的害虫长额负蝗(Atractomorpha lata Motschoulsky),研究温度对长额负蝗生长发育、存活和繁殖的影响,在室内人工气候箱16、20、24、28和32℃共5个恒温条件下,以大豆豆叶为寄主进行饲养,研究温度对长额负蝗的各虫态发育历期、发育速率及存活率的影响。结果表明:在16℃条件下长额负蝗无法完成世代发育。在试验温度范围内,卵、若虫和全世代平均发育历期随温度升高而缩短,成虫寿命为先升高再降低,通过拟合方程得出发育速率与温度呈正相关。采用直线回归法计算出长额负蝗卵期、若虫期、成虫期和全世代发育起点温度分别为10.81、14.50、18.98、15.17℃,有效积温分别为464.91、453.43、148.41和1078.41 d·℃。长额负蝗成虫产卵量在24℃时最高,为80.37粒/雌,20℃最低,为26.47粒/雌,在20~32℃条件下,种群趋势指数I均大于1,24℃时I值最大,为11.31。温度对长额负蝗存活率影响显著。研究结果可为长额负蝗发生期预测及综合防治提供理论依据。To provide theoreticals for occurrence prediction of Atractomorpha lata Motschoulsky,temperature influence on growth,survival and reproduction of the insect was studied.Soybean leaves were used as the host.De⁃velopmental duration,developmental rate and survival rate of each worm state were tested under 5 constant tempera⁃ture conditions of 16,20,24,28 and 32℃.Results showed that A.lata Motschoulsky could not complete the genera⁃tion development under 16℃.Within the experimental temperature range,the average developmental duration of egg,nymph and whole generation were shortened with temperature,while the lifespan of adult first increased and then decreased.The fitting equation showed that developmental rate was positively correlated with temperature.De⁃velopmental threshold temperatures of egg,nymph,adult and whole generation were 10.81,14.50,18.98,15.17℃respectively,and corresponding effective accumulative temperatures were 464.91,453.43,148.41,and 1078.41 de⁃gree-days.The maximum number of eggs laid by adults was 80.37 eggs/female at 24℃,and the lowest was 26.47 eggs/female at 20℃.At 20 to 32℃,the population trend index I was greater than 1,the largest value of the index I was 11.31 at 24℃.Temperature had a significant effect on survival rate of A.lata Motschoulsky.These results were expected to provide basis for prediction and comprehensive control of this insect.
