摘  要:目的 通过网络药理学和分子对接技术探究巴旦仁挥发油是否具有抗衰老的作用。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏结合气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析探究巴旦仁中的挥发油活性成分,通过SwissTarget、STICH、ChemMapper等多个数据库进行成分对应靶点分析,利用OMIM、TTD等数据库构建“化合物-疾病-靶点”网络图,在此基础上进行通路富集分析探究可能存在的抗衰老作用靶点,并进行分子对接探究,建立H9c2缺氧复氧损伤模型对巴旦仁挥发油抗衰老作用进行验证。结果 从巴旦仁挥发油中共得到22个活性成分,预测到183个潜在靶点,成分-靶点-通路网络和PPI网络显示巴旦仁挥发油抗衰老的潜在活性成分只有7种,核心靶点有8个,并且通路富集分析结果显示FDR值最小的通路是治疗癌症的途径(Pathways in cancer)通路。结论 巴旦仁挥发油具有抗衰老的作用。Objective Using network pharmacology and molecular docking technology to explore the anti aging effect of volatile oil from Padan kernel.Methods Water vapor distillation combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to analyze and explore the active components of volatile oil from Padan kernel.Component corresponding target analysis was conducted through multiple databases such as SwissTarget,STICH,ChemMapper,and the“complex disease target”network diagram was constructed using databases such as OMIM and TTD.On this basis,pathway enrichment analysis was conducted to explore possible anti aging targets,Molecular docking research was conducted to establish a H9c2 hypoxia reoxygenation injury model to verify the anti aging effect of the volatile oil from Padan kernel.Results A total of 22 active components were obtained from the volatile oil of Padan kernel,and 183 potential targets were predicted.The component target pathway network and PPI network showed that there were only 7 potential active components in the volatile oil of Padan kernel for anti aging,and there were 8 core targets.The pathway enrichment analysis results showed that the pathway with the lowest FDR value was a pathway for treating cancer.Conclusion The volatile oil from Padan kernel has anti aging effect.
