摘  要:后期临床教学在中医临床教学中的地位极为重要,是医学生走向工作岗位前的必经环节,是理论联系实际、提高学生各种综合能力的重要环节,中医急诊后期临床教学是其重要组成部分。探讨以岗位胜任力为导向的中医急诊后期临床教学方法,针对目前实习生在中医急诊后期临床实习存在的问题进行剖析,从中医经典传承、教学方式改变、后期临证实践等方面进行深入研究,在中医急诊后期临床教学中贯穿着中医经典的学习,有助于帮助学生构建中医临床思维,对于培养和提高学生的中医临床实践能力有重要意义。The status of later clinical teaching in the traditional Chinese medicine is extremely important.It is an inevitable pre-job training part for medical students.Also,it is an important link for them to integrate theory with reality and enhance their comprehensive capacity.The emergency traditional Chinese medicine is a significant component of later clinical teaching.In this study,investigation on occupation competence-oriented clinical teaching method in later emergency traditional Chinese medicine,specific analysis on the existing problems among trainees in the later clinical internship of emergency traditional Chinese medicine,in-depth study on the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine classics,and alterations of teaching methods and clinical practice in later stage were conducted and found that the learning of traditional Chinese medicine classics throughout the clinical teaching of emergency traditional Chinese medicine was helpful to students in constructing the clinical intellection of traditional Chinese medicine,which is of great significance to cultivate and enhance students1 clinical practice ability of traditional Chinese medicine.
