中西医结合治疗百日咳综合征的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗百日咳综合征的效果。方法:选取2021年5月21日至2022年5月1日重庆市璧山区第二人民医院收治的88例百日咳综合征患儿进行研究,随机分为两组,各44例。给予研究组中西医结合治疗,给予对照组常规西医治疗。比较两组患儿的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:(1)相较于对照组患儿,研究组患儿的吸痰次数更少,肺部体征消失时间、C反应蛋白水平恢复正常时间和痉挛性咳嗽缓解时间均更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)相较于对照组患儿,研究组患儿的治疗费用更少,治疗时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)研究组患儿的治疗总有效率为97.73%,显著高于对照组患儿的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗百日咳综合征的可行性较高,可提升患儿的治疗效果,促进临床症状和体征更快消失,减少吸痰次数和治疗费用,缩短治疗时间,临床推广价值较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on pertussis syndrome.Methods:A total of 88 children with pertussis syndrome admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Bishan District of Chongqing from May 21,2021 to May 1,2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each group.The study group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,while the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The efficacy and clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,the number of sputum aspiration in the study group was less,the time of disappearance of pulmonary signs,the time of recovery of C-reactive protein level and the time of relief of spastic cough were shorter,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the children in the study group had less treatment cost and shorter treatment time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The total effective rate of the study group was 97.73%,significantly higher than that of the control group(72.73%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pertussis syndrome is feasible,can improve the therapeutic effect of children,promote the rapid disappearance of clinical symptoms and signs,reduce the frequency of sputum aspiration and treatment costs,shorten the treatment ti me,and has high clinical promotion value.
