四妙勇安汤对急性心肌梗死患者血液流变学指标及临床疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析四妙勇安汤对急性心肌梗死患者血液流变学指标及临床疗效的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年9月期间乳山市中医院收治的80例急性心肌梗死患者,将其随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组患者进行常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用四妙勇安汤进行治疗。比较两组急性心肌梗死患者的治疗总有效率、血液流变学指标水平、心功能改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组急性心肌梗死患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组急性心肌梗死患者各项血液流变学指标水平的改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组急性心肌梗死患者各项心功能指标的改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组急性心肌梗死患者的不良反应发生率相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:四妙勇安汤能改善急性心肌梗死患者的血液流变学指标,提升其心功能和总体疗效,且不会明显增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effects of Simiaoyong An Decoction on hemorheology indexes and clinical efficacy in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:80 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Rushan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Simiaoyong An decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,hemorheological index level,improvement of cardiac function and incidence of adverse reactions in patients with acute myocardial infarction were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of hemorheology indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of various cardiac function indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Simiaoyong An Decoction can im prove the hemorheology indexes,improve the cardiac function an d overall efficacy of patients with acute myocardial infarction,and does not significantly increase adve rse reactions.
