摘　　要：目的探讨闭环式管理在体检标本管理中的应用效果。方法将2021年5月至10月厦门大学附属中山医院体检科收集的受检者标本47037例次作为对照组,进行常规标本质量控制。将2021年11月至2022年4月体检科标本46992例次设为观察组,采用闭环式管理。比较两组的标本未及时送检率,及其具体原因,包括标本丢失、无信息标本、标本漏绑、质量不合格标本的发生情况。结果观察组标本未及时送检率为0.128‰,低于对照组的0.681‰,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的标本丢失率、无信息率、质量不合格率分别为0.021‰、0.021‰、0.021‰,低于对照组的0.191‰、0.213‰、0.170‰,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的漏绑管发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论体检科标本采用闭环式管理,利于降低标本未及时送检发生率,提高质量控制水平。Objective To explore the application effect of closed-loop management in physical examination specimen management.Methods From May to October 2021,47037 samples collected from the physical examination department of Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University were used as the control group for routine specimen quality control.From November 2021 to April 2022,46992 specimens of physical examination department were divided into the observation group,and closed-loop management was adopted.The rate of specimens not sent in time was compared between the two groups and the specific reasons,including the occurrence of specimen loss,no information specimen,specimen leakage and unqualified specimen quality.Results The rate of missed samples in the observation group was 0.128‰,down from 0.681‰in the control group(P<0.05).The loss rate,no information rate and unqualified quality rate of the observation group were 0.021‰,0.021‰and 0.021‰,which were lower than 0.191‰,0.213‰and 0.170‰of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of duct leakage between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The closed-loop management of specimens in physical examination department is beneficial to reduce the incidence of specimens not sent in time and improve the quality control level.
