坎离砂穴位热敷在腹腔镜下阑尾切除患者术后护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨坎离砂穴位热敷在腹腔镜下阑尾切除术患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月至2022年1月景德镇市中医医院的100例腹腔镜下阑尾切除术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组与参照组,各50例,试验组患者在常规护理基础上联合坎离砂穴位热敷进行术后护理,参照组患者采用术后常规护理,比较两组患者的术后恢复情况(肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间)、生活质量评分(生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、心理健康)、护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的生活质量评分均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次肛门排气时间、住院时间以及首次排便时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的生活质量评分、护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜下阑尾切除术患者的临床护理中应用坎离砂穴位热敷的应用效果显著,能促进患者胃肠功能恢复,改善患者生活质量,提升患者护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of hot compress at Kanlisha acupoint in postoperative nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods From October 2020 to January 2022,100 patients with laparoscopic appendectomy in Jingdezhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.On the basis of routine nursing,the patients in the experimental group received postoperative nursing care combined with hot compress at the point of Kanlisha,while the patients in the reference group received routine nursing after operation.The postoperative recovery time to recovery of bowel sounds(time to first exhaust after surgery,first defecation time,hospital stay),quality of life scores(physiological function,physical pain,social function,mental health),nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first postoperative anal exhaust time,the hospitalization time and the first defecation time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Kanlisha acupoint hot compress in the clinical nursing of patients with laparoscopic appendectomy has a significant effect,which can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
