摘 要:数字信息、人工智能、云计算等新技术快速发展背景下,县域金融主力军农商银行如何实现“线下、线上”双向赋能,促进微小贷款精准服务遍布城乡的微小客户,助力其创业与增收致富,迫切需要研究。“惠农快车”系列产品创新发展与运行表明:农商银行应立足自身资源票赋,在夯实线下服务的基础上积极拥抱科技,做实“线下、线上”双向赋能,协同推进微小贷款的“线下、线下线上融合、线上”服务创新,实现微小贷款可持续发展。Under the background of the rapid development of new technologies such as digital information,artificial intelligence and cloud computing,it is urgent to study how Rural Commercial Banks(RCBs),the main force of county finance,to realize"offline and online"two-way enabling,promoting micro loans serve Micro customers in urban and rural areas accurately,and helping them start businesses,increase income and become rich.The innovative development and operation of"Huinong Express"series products show that RCBs should be based on its own resource endowment,embrace science and technology on the basis of consolidating offline services postively,implement the two-way"of line and online"empowerment,promote the service innovation of"ofline,offline and online,online"of micro loans together,and achieve the sustainable development of micro loans.
