摘　　要：“十四五”时期是中国经济社会发展由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,人口是决定发展的主要因素。基于中国人口发展趋势、人口与经济的协调以及人口与资源环境的关系,针对“十四五”时期中国人口发展中人口红利、老龄化、性别、家庭、城市化、乡村振兴、人口分布与人地关系等问题进行深入探究,通过深度挖掘人口素质红利、推进老龄化社会的保障体系建设、促进人口性别均衡、提升人口城市化质量、增强脱贫人口的致富能力、优化人口空间分布、缓解人口与资源环境的矛盾和强化家庭功能等方式应对人口问题,从而缓解人口发展中不平衡不充分的问题,促进人口健康可持续发展,为“十四五”时期高质量发展创造良好的人口基础。The"14th Five-Year Plan"period is a crucial stage for China,the transtion fthe Chinese economy from a phase of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,during which Chinas demographic issues are the main influencing factor in determining development.Based on the development trend of Chinas population,the coordination of population and economy,and the relationship between population and ecological environment,the paper presents an in-depth analysis of the important demographic issues in Chinas population development during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.We propose eight corresponding recommendations to deal with the demographic ssues,aiming to alleviate the unbalanced and insufficient problems in population development,promote the healthy and sustainable development of the population,and create a good demographic foundation for high-quality development during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.
