摘　　要：介绍了一种满足化工工艺工况要求的L形废气焚烧锅炉。通过采用低氮旋流燃烧器和绝热炉膛焚烧的方式,保证废气中的有机物燃烧完全;通过设置内部装有可调节挡板的锅壳式余热锅炉及辅助燃烧器,实现在不同负荷下的SCR脱硝温度均能在320℃以上,低氮燃烧器协同烟气再循环、SNCR和SCR,实现烟气的低氮排放。A L-type boiler which applied to deal with chemical waste gas is recommended.The incinerator adopts low nitrogen swirl burner combined with the adiabatic furnace,to ensure the organic matter in waste gas complete combustion.By adopting auxiliary burner and waste heat recovery boiler equipped with adjustable damper,the denitrification temperature under different loads can all be above 320°C,low nitrogen requirements of flue gas was achieved through low nitrogen burner cooperating with flue gas recirculation,SNCR and SCR.
