摘  要:油气井开发迈入中后期,油气藏地层压力降低,伴随着生产井出现积液增加和含砂量增多等生产问题,生产周期缩短,修井作业次数增加。目前的修井维护作业中若采用清水和泥浆作为冲砂液,容易导致低压地层漏失严重伤害储层,冲砂施工成功率低,影响油气井产能的恢复。为解决低压井漏失量大的问题,开发评价了一种适合于低压油气井作业的新型微泡冲砂液体系,其配方为:0.5%CAO+0.5%660+0.5%ZC-1+2.5%DF-FI-Redu2+2.0%KCl+0.5%T-SiO_(2)。该体系具有发泡能力好、稳定性高、滤失量少、携砂性和抑制性好等特点,解决了水平低压油气井冲砂困难、后期产能恢复周期长和减产的难题。When the development of oil and gas wells enters the middle and late stage,the formation pressure of oil and gas reservoirs decreases.Along with the production problems such as the increase of liquid loading and sand content in the production wells,the production cycle is shortened and the number of workover operations is increased.If clear water and mud are used as sand-flushing fluid in the current well repair and maintenance operation,it is easy to cause leakage of low-pressure formation and seriously damage the reservoir,and the success rate of sand washing construction is low,which affects the recovery of oil and gas well productivity.In order to solve the problem of large lost circulation in low pressure wells,a new type of sand-flushing fluid system suitable for low pressure oil and gas wells was developed and evaluated.The formula is as follows,0.5%CAO+0.5%660+0.5%ZC-1+2.5%DF-FI-Redu2+2.0%KCl+0.5%T-SiO_(2).The system has the characteristics of good foaming capacity,high stability,less filtration loss,good sand carrying performance and good inhibition ability,etc.,which solves the difficulties of sand washing in horizontal low pressure oil and gas wells,long productivity recovery period and production reduction.
