摘　　要：主风机组是催化裂化装置的核心设备,必须有效连续运转。本文主要以国外某炼油厂200×10^(4)t/a催化裂化装置主风机组为例,结合主风机组周期内运行出现的问题和大检修的实际拆检情况,通过对检修中出现的故障问题分析,并且结合实际情况给出合理的处理措施,从而保证主风机组的有效连续运行。The main air blower is the heart equipment of the FCC and must operate effectively and continuously.This article mainly takes the main air blower of a 200×10^(4)t/a FCC in a foreign refinery as an example,combining the problems occurred in the operation of the main fan unit during the period and the actual overhaul.Through the analysis of the fault problems in the maintenance,and combining with the actual situation,reasonable treatment measures are given,so as to ensure the effective and continuous operation of the main air blower.
