摘 要:某贫硫化物微细浸染型金矿石中金矿物粒度较细,-0.010 mm微粒金占81.16%,金矿物主要以包裹金和粒间金形式存在。针对该矿石性质,开展了原矿全泥氰化和浮选对比试验研究,结果表明:采用原矿全泥氰化工艺,金的回收效果较差;采用浮选工艺,在适宜的浮选条件下,采用一次粗选、三次精选、三次扫选、中矿再磨流程,可获得金品位27.64 g/t、金回收率88.88%的金精矿;中矿再磨浮选是处理该矿石较为合理的选矿工艺。The particle size of gold minerals in a microfine disseminated gold ore with low sulfide content is fine,with-0.010 mm microfine-particle gold accounting for 81.16%,and the gold minerals are mainly encased gold and intergranular gold.Based on the ore property,the experimental comparative research on run-of-mill ore all-sliming cyanidation and flotation was carried out.The results show that the gold recovery performance is not so good when run-of-mill ore all-sliming cyanidation is applied;when the flotation process is applied,and with proper flotation parameters,the flow of once roughing,three times cleaning,three times scavenging,and middling regrinding gets the gold concentrate of the gold grade of 27.64 g/t and the gold recovery rate of 88.88%;the flotation process with middling regrinding is the suitable ore-dressing process for the ore.
