摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情背景下,我国数字贸易特别是跨境电商进口加速发展,推动我国进口贸易区域化发展的趋势,也导致我国进口运输成本增加、进口结构可能面临重大调整、缺供断供等风险。为做好进口贸易工作,我国要坚定支持和维护多边贸易体制,全面提高对外开放水平;加强对进口企业的各种支持,建立进口风险预警机制;坚定不移地推动进口市场多元化战略,降低进口风险;简化进口企业的通关流程,提升进口贸易便利化水平;积极建设进口贸易信息展示平台,提升进口企业的数字化水平;着力打造进口贸易运输新通道,保障进口产品流入通道顺畅。The COVID-19 pandemic not only accelerated the development of Chinas digital trade,especially imports through the e-commerce channels,which promoted the regionalization trend of China's import trade;but also caused risks and problems including higher transportation cost for imports,the possible adjustment of import structure,and the shortage or suspension of supply.In order to do a good job in import trade,China should firmly support and safeguard the multilateral trading system and open wider to the outside world in all respects;strengthen all kinds of support for import enterprises and establish an import risk early warning mechanism;unswervingly promote the diversification strategy of import market and reduce import risks;simplify the customs clearance process of import enterprises and improve the level of import trade facilitation;actively build an import trade information display platform to improve the digital level of import enterprises;and strive to create a new transportation channel for import trade and ensure the smooth flow of imported products into the channel.
