摘 要:将金刚石复合片中的硬质合金衬底从传统的4.1 mm降低到2.5 mm,以提高六面顶压机腔体的空间利用率,使原来每块合成量由4片增加至6片,研究不同金刚石颗粒尺寸受薄层硬质合金衬底的影响。通过金相显微镜观察抛光后的聚晶层表面的结构,并分析了表面形貌的结构特征。通过超声波扫描仪观察金刚石聚晶层与合金层的结合界面,并分析了聚晶层的界面状态。通过磨耗比测试机检验不同粒度金刚石聚晶层的磨耗比,并参考常用同种型号的磨耗比分析薄层衬底金刚石复合片的耐磨性。同时还分析了6片装不同区域的金刚石复合片的耐磨性能,并通过分析其中的高温高压场的变化,初步分析金刚石磨耗比规律性递变的规律。The cemented carbide substrate in the diamond composite sheet is reduced from the traditional size of 4.1 mm to 2.5 mm,so as to improve the space utilization rate of the chamber of the Hexahedral Top Press and increase the original synthesis amount of each piece from 4 to 6 pieces.The influence of thin cemented carbide substrate on different diamond particle sizes is studied.The surface structure of the polished polycrystalline layer is observed by metallographic microscope,and the structural characteristics of the surface morphology are analyzed.The interface between polycrystalline diamond layer and alloy layer is observed by ultrasonic scanner,and the interface state of polycrystalline diamond layer is analyzed.The wear ratio of diamond polycrystalline layers with different grain sizes is tested by the wear ratio tester,and the wear resistance of diamond composite sheets with thin layer substrate is analyzed by referring to the wear ratio of the same type commonly used.At the same time,the wear resistance of diamond composite sheets with six pieces in different areas is also analyzed.With the analysis of the change of high temperature and high pressure field,the regularity of diamond wear ratio is preliminarily analyzed.
