摘  要:针对传统电镀金刚石滚轮出现的缺砂、掉块等质量问题,将优异的氨基磺酸镍电镀体系引入电镀金刚石滚轮的电镀中,使用正交实验法研究了氯化镍、硬化剂和整平剂对镀层硬度、应力及厚度一致性的影响,将实验数据导入Minitab进行分析,分析结果表明硬化剂和整平剂对镀层硬度和厚度一致性有较大的影响,三个因素对镀层应力均有影响。通过Minitab优化响应器得出:在滚轮技术条件要求范围内,镀液中氯化镍浓度为30 g/L、硬化剂浓度为4 g/L、整平剂浓度为1.5 g/L时,镀层硬度为HV 654.4,应力为6.07 MPa,厚度偏差为1.58,为最优工艺参数。In view of the quality problems such as lack of sand and chipping of traditional electroplated diamond roller,the nickel sulfamate electroplating system is introduced into the electroplating of diamond roller.The influence of nickel chloride,hardener and leveling agent on the hardness,stress and thickness uniformity of the coating is studied by using the orthogonal experiment method.The experimental data are imported to Minitab for analysis.The analysis result shows that the hardener and leveling agent have a great influence on the hardness and thickness deviation of the coating,and the three factors have an influence on the stress of the coating.Through Minitab optimization responder,it can be concluded that within the requirements of the roller technical conditions,the concentration of nickel chloride in the plating solution is 30 g/L,the concentration of hardening agent is 4 g/L,and the concentration of leveling agent is 1.5 g/L,the coating hardness is HV 654.4,the coating stress is 6.07 MPa,and the thickness consistency is 1.58.These are the optimal process parameters.
