摘　　要：针对多层焊接切割陶瓷锯片细粒度金刚石如何提升速度进行了研究,通过分析多层焊接陶瓷锯片配方性能影响因素分析,提出了增加一定量的NaCl弱化胎体,从而增加刀头的自锐性和排屑能力,提高锋利度,最后通过实验验证了此方法的有效性。This paper studies how to improve the speed of fine-grained diamond in multi-layer welded cutting ceramic saw blade.To analyze the influencing factors of the formula performance of multi-layer welded ceramic saw blade,it is proposed to add a certain amount of NaCl to weaken the matrix,so as to increase the self-sharpening and chip removal ability of the cutter head and to improve the sharpness.Finally,the effectiveness of this method is verified by experiments.
