摘  要:介绍了锥形转子电机的结构特点、工作原理以及轴向尺寸之间的关系,主要阐述测量定转子轴向气隙的具体方法及理论分析,并结合电机结构特点分析了影响轴向尺寸的因素,提出了调整轴向位置尺寸常见的方法,具体包括转子静态制动间隙与定转子之间动态气隙,最后介绍了控制轴向尺寸的关键加工工艺与便携检测工具。This paper introduces the structure characteristics,working principle and relationship between axial dimensions of conical rotor motor,and chiefly describes the specific methods and theoretical analysis on the measurement of axial air gap between stator and rotor.Combining with structure characteristics of the motor,this paper analyzes the factors of affecting the axial dimension,proposes the frequently-used methods to adjust axial location dimension,including the static braking clearance of rotor as well as the dynamic air gap between stator and rotor.Finally,this paper introduces the key processing techniques and portable detection tools to control axial dimension.
