摘　　要：主要讲述电机用直流圆盘式电磁制动器的工作原理和间隙调整方法,说明电磁制动器的选择,气隙调整控制措施,制动刹车时间和制动器电源的控制原理。根据安装运转过程中可能出现的不良状况,阐述制动器使用中应注意的问题,并对可能存在的故障隐患进行分析。This paper mainly describes the working principle and clearance adjustment method of DC disc electromagnetic brake for motor,explains the methods to select electromagnetic brakes,the measures to adjust and control air gap as well as the principle to control braking time and brake power supply.According to the poor phenomena probably existing in the process of installation and operation,this paper expounds the problems that should be paid attention to in the use of brake and analyzes the possible hidden trouble.
