摘 要:文章分析工程机械车辆发动机冷却系统基本原理及主要部件性能,采用AMESim仿真软件搭建冷却系统的仿真模型,基于风洞实验验证模型的准确性;研究环境温度、水泵传动比以及散热器翅片波距对冷却系统的影响,并探讨冷却系统性能的优化路径。结果表明,环境温度过高会使冷却系统性能显著下降,适当提高水泵传动比和降低散热器翅片波距可以提高冷却系统的冷却性能。该文设计的2款散热器通过优化散热器翅片波距提高了冷却系统性能。This paper introduces the basic principle of construction machinery vehicle engine cooling system as well as the performance of the main parts,sets up a simulation model for the cooling system using AMESim,and verifies the accuracy of the model by wind tunnel test.The paper analyzes the influence of ambient temperature,pump transmission ratio and radiator fin wave distance on the cooling system to optimize the performance of the cooling system.The study finds that the excessive ambient temperature will make a significant reduction in the performance of the cooling system.The cooling performance of the cooling system can be improved by appropriately increasing the pump transmission ratio and decreasing the fin wave distance of the radiator.Two modified radiators are presented in the paper,and the cooling system performance is improved by optimizing the fin wave distance of the radiators.
