摘　　要：移盖机是炼铁高炉炉前主要设备之一,阐述和分析了国内移盖机的现状,并结合实际应用情况,从高炉出铁场除尘技术的发展、移盖机技术现状、技术特点、技术进步、新技术应用等方面,系统性地研究和分析了移盖机技术应用及发展。新型的移盖机回转可靠性高、稳定性好,根据不同工况和空间布置需求,选择使用回转直推式移盖机或油缸回转式移盖机;采集回转角度数据监测实时运行状态,实现精确的自动控制;配置自动润滑系统。该研究对移盖机布置方案、工艺方案、结构改进、操作维护和自动控制技术的发展提供一定的技术支持,具有一定的工程实际价值。Cover manipulator is the main equipment for the blast furnace.This article expounds and analyzes the present situation of the domestic cover manipulator,combined with the actual application,Iron from the blast furnace dust removal technology development,cover manipulator technology present situation,the technical characteristics,technological progress and application of new technology,etc.The new type of cover manipulator has high rotary reliability and fine stability.According to different working conditions and spatial layout requirements,enterprises choose to use rotary cover manipulator with hydraulic cylinder direct push lifting or cover manipulator driven rotating by hydraulic cylinder.Through collecting the data of rotation angle to operate real-time monitoring status,which achieves precise automatic control and configures the automatic lubrication system.The study provides certain technical support to the layout,process,structural improvement,operation and maintenance,and the development of automatic control technology of cover manipulator,and it is certain engineering practical reference value.
