摘  要:通过在RH顶枪上安装红外测温仪,配合顶枪高温摄像头,采用非接触式的比色红外线温度测量系统实现对真空槽温度连续监控。顶枪红外测温装置设计了角度微调机构调整测温仪在顶枪内的方向,通过专门的防护玻璃机构隔绝顶枪内部高温,同时避免测温仪在顶枪吹氧时受到高压氧气的冲击,使红外测温仪始终处于常温和常压环境,保证红外测温仪的测温精度,延长红外测温仪使用寿命。该装置实现了对RH冶炼过程的钢水温度监控及视频监控,实时掌握冶炼生产时真空槽和钢水实际情况,并实时、直观、准确地通过温度变化曲线指导生产。The non-contact colorimetric infrared temperature measurement system is used to monitor the temperature of the vacuum tank continuously,through setting up an infrared thermometer and high-temperature camera on the RH top gun.The infrared temperature measurement device designed an angle fine adjustable mechanism to adjust the thermometer direction inside top gun.Using a specialized protective glass mechanism to isolate the high temperature inside the top gun,it can avoid the impact of high-pressure oxygen on the thermometer during top gun oxygen blowing,and so the infrared thermometer is always in an environment of normal temperature and pressure,which ensure the temperature measurement accuracy and extend service life of the infrared thermometer.This device achieves temperature monitoring and video monitoring of molten steel during the RH refining process,and real-time controls of the actual situation of the vacuum tank and steel,and guides production in real-time,intuitively,and accurately based on changing of temperature curves.
