摘 要:针对RV、FC与摆线钢球等摆线类少齿差行星传动啮合特性与自身结构的不足之处,利用复合摆线少齿差行星齿轮副与钢球环槽机构,提出一种BDN型复合摆线传动机构。分析了该新型机构的传动原理与传动特性;提出了变曲率内齿齿廓少齿差行星齿轮副啮合力分析方法,该方法具有一定的通用性,解决了复合摆线少齿差行星齿轮副的啮合力求解问题;在此基础上,基于赫兹接触理论计算复合摆线少齿差行星齿轮副的接触应力,并分析齿形调节系数和偏心距对复合摆线少齿差行星齿轮副啮合力和接触应力的影响;利用ADAMS建立BDN型复合摆线传动机构的刚柔耦合模型,对BDN型复合摆线传动机构的传动误差和总回差进行仿真分析。结果表明,BDN型复合摆线传动机构的动态传动精度小于1′,总回差最大值为1.15′,满足精密传动需求。For the shortcomings of meshing characteristics and structure of RV reducer,FC reducer,cycloidal ball reducer and abnormal cycloidal planetary transmission with small tooth difference,a BDN composite cycloidal transmission mechanism was proposed by using composite cycloidal planetary gear pair with small tooth difference and steel ball ring-groove mechanism.The transmission principle and characteristics of the new mechanism are analyzed.The meshing force analysis method of planetary gear pair with small tooth difference and profile of variable curvature internal teeth was proposed.The method has certain universality and solves the meshing effort problem of composite cycloid planetary gear with small tooth difference.On this basis,the contact stresses of the composite cycloid differential less planetary gear pair are calculated based on Hertzian contact theory.Analysis of the effect of tooth adjustment coefficient and eccentric distance on the meshing force and contact stress of composite cycloid less differential planetary gear pair.The rigid-flexible coupling model of BDN composite cycloid transmission mechanism was established by ADAMS and the transmission error and total lost motion of BDN composite cycloid transmission mechanism were simulated and analyzed.The results show that the dynamic transmission accuracy of BDN composite cycloidal transmission mechanism is less than 1′,and the maximum value of total return is 1.15′,which meets the demand of precision transmission.
