摘 要:由于大弯曲难变形合金钢棒材的弯曲度较大、咬入困难,多采用上下同步驱动、对辊压紧的多辊矫直机进行矫直,但是对于其矫直精度没有一个定量的表达。从矫直变形机理入手,分析影响矫直精度的因素,得出调节变形量逐渐越小,矫直辊轴线与矫直线的夹角越小。“矫弯”负作用系数越小,矫直精度越高。最后通过Abaqus软件对棒材纯弯曲过程进行了数值分析,通过理论计算、有限元数据、试验数据的对比,证明了提高棒材矫直精度方法的正确性。Due to the large curvature and difficulty in biting into of large bending and hard-to-deform alloy steel bars,multi-roller straightening machines with simultaneous upper and lower drive and roll compression are mostly used for straightening the bars,but there is no quantitative expression for its straightening accuracy.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the straightening accuracy from the straightening deformation mechanism,it concluded that the smaller the adjustment deformation,the smaller the angle between the straightening roller axis and the straightening line,the smaller the negative effect coefficient of straightening-bending,the higher the straightening accuracy.Finally,numerical analysis of the pure bending process for bars was developed using Abaqus software,and through comparing theoretical calculations,finite element analysis and experimental data,to prove that the method of improving the straightening accuracy is correct.The ness of bars was demonstrated.
