摘 要:轧制力作为板材轧制的重要参数,决定着板材最终质量。随着机械制造业、水利、电力等领域的高速发展,对轧制力的精度提出了更严格的要求,但轧制力的计算方法仍存在针对性不足、计算不准确等问题。为进一步推动轧制力计算的研究,促进轧制理论的发展,论述了板材受力模拟法、设备形变补偿法、应力变化分析法和特殊工艺计算法的研究现状和存在的问题,针对该问题对板材受力、设备变形和应力变化进行分析,发现传统的轧制力计算方法局限性较大,导致理论结果与实际数据出现误差。因此,需要建立充分考虑板形、设备变形和应力变化的数学模型。但由于轧制过程中出现的特殊问题,传统理论无法解释,提出了从微观角度分析轧制过程的变形机理和特性,探讨计算轧制力的未来趋势。Rolling force is an important parameter of sheet rolling and determines the final quality of sheet rolling.With the rapid development of machinery manufacturing,water conservancy,electric power and other fields,the precision of rolling force has been put forward more strict requirements,but the calculation method of rolling force still has some problems,such as lack of pertinence and inaccurate calculation.In order to further promote the research of rolling force calculation and promote the development of rolling theory,the research status and existing problems of plate force simulation method,equipment deformation compensation method,stress change analysis method and special process calculation method are summarized.For the above problems,the plate force,equipment deformation and stress change are analyzed,and the traditional rolling force calculation method is found to be more limited.It results in errors between theoretical results and actual data.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a mathematical model which takes full account of plate shape,equipment deformation and stress change.But because of the special problems in the rolling process,the traditional theory can’t explain it,so it proposes to analyze the deformation mechanism and characteristics of the rolling process from a microscopic perspective,and looking forward to the future trend of calculating rolling force.
