摘  要:在六辊冷轧机组中,为改善板形质量机组具备中间辊窜辊功能,中间辊窜辊耦合机构起到连接辊头、传递驱动力的中间纽带作用。然而在实际使用过程中,存在卡爪磨损失效快、止推轴承故障率高等问题,造成生产线长时间停产的严重后果。本文从中间辊窜辊耦合装置结构出发,根据其运动原理和受力特点,从零部件性能改进、配合尺寸链保证、润滑系统保障等方面建立耦合装置的完整维护策略,实施后取得了良好的效果。In the six-roll cold rolling unit,the intermediate rolls have shifting function to improve the profile quality of the strip.The intermediate roll coupling device plays the intermediate link to connect the roll head and transmit the driving force.However,in the actual use process,there are problems such as fast wear and failure of jack and high failure rate of thrust bearing,resulting in serious consequences of production line stop for a long time.Starting from the structure of the coupling device,according to its motion principle and force characteristics,the complete maintenance strategy of the coupling device was established from the aspects of component performance improvement,matching size chain and lubrication system,which achieved good results after implementation.
