摘 要:为有效控制预掘撤架通道围岩变形量,以斜沟煤矿23101综放工作面条件为背景,采用钻孔窥视方法确定了撤架通道区域顶板松动破坏区域,对支护控制对策进行了分析,提出采用高预应力强力锚杆(索)支护与密集木垛联合支护方式支护撤架通道,并进行了实践。根据现场实践结果,预掘撤架通道围岩变形在可控范围内,能够保证撤架的正常使用。In order to effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the pre-excavation and removal channel, taking the conditions of 23101 fully mechanized caving face in Xiegou Coal Mine as the background, the loose and damaged area of the roof in the removal channel area was determined by using the drilling peep method, the support control countermeasures were analyzed. The combined support method of high prestressed strong anchor rod(cable)support and dense wooden pile was proposed to support the removal channel, and the practice was carried out. According to the field practice results, the surrounding rock deformation of the pre-excavation and removal tunnel was within the controllable range, which can ensure the normal use of the removal tunnel.
