摘 要:随着十四五规划的提出,城市开发方式由大拆大建向更新改建的方向转变,[1]提倡“留改拆”并举、以保留利用提升为主,加强修缮改造,补齐城市短板,注重提升功能,增强城市活力。这种改建应既保留城区的古文化建筑风貌,又能体现当地的现代建筑特色。如何把拆迁旧房改建与新建楼群结合起来,既保留部分旧房遗址的历史价值,又能创造大量功能空间满足居住需求,同时又活跃市场经济的商业特性氛围,值得进一步探索。With the proposal of the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan,the way of urban development has changed from major demolition and construction to renovation and reconstruction.The proposal advocates the simultaneous development of"retention,renovation and demolition",preservation,utilization and improvement,repair,and transformation,making up for the shortcomings of the city,and improving functions and enhancing urban vitality.This reconstruction should not only preserve the ancient cultural architecture style of the urban area but also reflect the local modern architectural characteristics.It is worth further exploring how to combine the demolition and reconstruction of old houses with the construction of new buildings,preserve the historical value of part of the ruins of old houses,create a large number of functional spaces to meet residential needs,and at the same time activate the commercial atmosphere of the market economy.
