摘 要:为保证综采工作面设备安全高效安装及回撤,针对传统综采工作面搬家倒面工艺存在安全系数低、职工劳动强度大、投入人员多、作业时间长等问题,以永红煤矿3509综采工作面为背景,提出对工作面停采前的支护工艺及支架安装回撤流程及设备进行优化技术方案,现场应用结果分析表明,该方案能将搬家倒面时间减少50%,应用效果显著,为类似条件下综采工作面搬家倒面提供了宝贵经验。In order to ensure the safe and efficient installation and retracement of equipment in fully mechanized mining face,aiming at the problems of low safety factor,high labor intensity,large number of input personnel and long working time in the traditional moving and reversing process of fully mechanized mining face,the No.3509 fully mechanized mining face was taken as the background.The optimization technical scheme of supporting technology,support installation and retracement process and equipment before in working face was put forward.The analysis of field application results showed that the scheme reduced the moving and reversing time by 50%,and the application effect was remarkable,which provided valuable experience for the moving and reversing of fully mechanized mining face under similar conditions.
