摘  要:随着信息化和智能化的快速发展,自动化技术在各行业得到广泛的应用。煤矿行业具有工作环境差、劳动强度较大、安全危险系数较高的特点,煤矿的罐道是联接地面与地下的重要设备,其运行的安全直接关系煤矿的安全生产和员工的生命安全,因此检测和维护至关重要,本研究基于TRIZ创新理论设计一款煤矿立井提升罐道绳智能维检机,该设备结构简单、便于操作及工作稳定性强,降低了人工成本,提高工作效率和质量。With the rapid development of information and intelligence,automation technology has been widely used in various industries.The coal mine industry has the characteristics of poor working environment,high labor intensity and high safety risk coefficient.The tank guide of coal mine is an important equipment connecting the ground and underground.The safety of its operation is directly related to the safety production of coal mine and the life safety of employees.Therefore,detection and maintenance are very important.Based on TRIZ innovation theory,this study designs an intelligent maintenance machine for hoisting tank guide rope in vertical shaft of coal mine.The equipment has simple structure,convenient operation and strong working stability,which reduces labor cost and improves work efficiency and quality.
