摘 要:选用胜利褐煤和油菜秸秆为研究对象,利用热重分析仪考察了褐煤、油菜秸秆及二者共混物的燃烧性能,分析对比了共混物燃烧的协同效应,并对其进行了动力学分析。结果表明,油菜秸秆的掺混改善了褐煤的着火性能和综合燃烧性能。共混物挥发分燃烧过程的协同效应较弱,而固定碳燃烧过程的协同效应较大,当油菜秸秆掺混比例为30%时协同效应最好。动力学分析表明,油菜秸秆燃烧过程的活化能高于褐煤,尤以固定碳的燃烧过程更明显,而共混物的活化能处于油菜秸秆与褐煤之间,且低于理论计算活化能,进一步说明褐煤和油菜秸秆在共燃烧过程中存在协同效应。Shengli lignite and rape straw were selected as the research objects,the combustion properties of lignite,rape straw and their blends were investigated by thermogravimetric analyzer,the synergistic effect of combustion of the blends was analyzed and compared,and its kinetics was analyzed.The results showed that the blending of rape straw improved the ignition performance and comprehensive combustion performance of lignite.The synergistic effect of volatiles combustion process of blends was weak,while the synergistic effect of fixed carbon combustion process was larger,and the synergistic effect was the best when the blending ratio of rape straw was 30%.Kinetic analysis showed that the activation energy of rape straw combustion process was higher than that of lignite,especially the combustion process of fixed carbon was more obvious,however,the activation energy of the blend was between rape straw and lignite,and lower than the theoretical calculated activation energy,which further indicated that there was a synergistic effect between lignite and rape straw in the co-combustion process.
