摘 要:深部磷矿开采造成的岩爆灾害对井下人员和设备安全造成了极大威胁,研究井下岩爆机理和防控措施对于矿山安全生产具有重要意义。阐述了我国磷矿资源的赋存现状和分布特点,总结了磷矿岩爆在井下的位置与形态、烈度与埋深等方面的特征,从围岩岩性、应力环境和应力路径等方面探讨了诱发磷矿岩爆的主要因素,从改善围岩力学性质、选择合理卸压方式、优化施工工艺、实行动态监测等方面提出了岩爆防控措施;建议未来加快推进大数据、互联网、遥感探测等新技术与磷矿产业的深度融合,以不断提升我国磷矿智能化和安全开采水平。The rock burst damage caused by deep phosphate rock mining brings about a great threat to the safety of underground mining workers and equipment.The study of underground rock burst and precautions is of great significance for the safety of mining operation.In this paper the existing occurrence and distribution of phosphate rock resources in China was described,the characteristics of rock burst of phosphate rock in terms of underground location and shape,intensity and buried depth was summarized.The critical factors inducing rock burst of phosphate rock in the aspects of surrounding rock lithology,stress environment and stress path were discussed.Precautions for rock burst of phosphate rock were presented,including improving the mechanical properties of surrounding rock,selecting reasonable pressure relief methods,optimizing construction technology,implementing dynamic monitoring and other prevention and control measures.In the future,we should accelerate the integration of big data,Internet,remote-sensing detection and other new technologies with the phosphate rock mining and processing industry,so as to conti-nuously upgrade the intelligent and safe mining of phosphate rock in China.
