摘 要:钙芒硝矿开发产生的芒硝石膏常被废弃,不仅浪费资源,还给环境带来了潜在危害。以芒硝石膏为原料,研究了煅烧温度和外加剂对煅烧制品Ⅱ型无水芒硝石膏水化性能的影响,结果表明:未掺外加剂时,1000℃下煅烧制得的Ⅱ型无水芒硝石膏水化3 d的抗压强度最高,为8.05 MPa,900℃下煅烧制得的Ⅱ型无水芒硝石膏水化28 d的抗压强度最高,为17.05 MPa;掺入水膏比为0.3的外加剂时,随着煅烧温度的升高,煅烧制品水化所需外加剂减少,1000℃下煅烧制得的Ⅱ型无水芒硝石膏水化3、28 d的抗压强度均最高,分别为15.45、21.29 MPa。The development of glauberite mine yields glauberite gypsum which was usually discarded,as spent resources and brings potential hazards to the environment.The effects of calcination temperature and additive on the hydration performance of calcined product typeⅡanhydrous glauberite gypsum were studied.The results show that the typeⅡanhydrous glauberite gypsum product prepared at calcination temperature 1000°C presented the highest compression strength of 8.05 MPa after 3 days of hydration without additive.While the typeⅡanhydrous glauberite gypsum product prepared at calcination temperature 900°C exhibited the highest compression strength of 17.05 MPa after 28 days of hydration without additive.When the water-gypsum ratio was fixed to 0.3,the consumption of additive decreased with the rise of calcination temperature.When the calcination temperature was 1000°C,the compression strength of the typeⅡanhydrous glauberite gypsum products after 3 days and 28 days of hydration with additive reached the highest,15.45 MPa and 21.29 MPa respectively.
