摘　　要：残疾人公共服务设施是残疾人事业发展的关键要素,是民生兜底保障的重要环节,提升其空间布局的合理性能够使残疾人享受更加公平便利的托养、康复和就业等基本权利。以武汉市主城区内残疾人康复、托养、就业3类服务设施为研究对象,利用ArcGIS空间分析功能,分析并评价各类残疾人服务设施点现状空间布局的特征,然后结合最小设施点数模型与相关设施布局理论,提出针对性的选址与优化建议,进一步优化武汉主城区内残疾人服务设施配置。Public service facilities for the disabled is the key factor for the career development of the disables and a key part to ensure people's livelihood.Improving the rationality of their spatial layout can enable people to enjoy their basic rights such as rehabilitation,farming out,and employment more fairly and conveniently.This study takes three types of service facilities for the rehabilitation,farming out and employment of the disables in the main urban area of Wuhan City as the research object,uses the spatial analysis function of ArcGIS technology to analyze and evaluate the characteristics of the current spatial layout of various service facilities for the disabled,and then combines the minimum facility point model and relevant facility layout theory to propose targeted site selection and optimization suggestions.It will optimize the configuration of service facilities for the disables in the main urban area of Wuhan.
