摘 要:碰断开关组件是导引头的重要组成部分,通常安装于导引头壳体内部,为导弹触发引信提供触发信号。随着导引头技术的发展,碰断开关的安装位置发生了前移,并用极薄的覆铜带线通过特定的胶粘接于整流罩上。这种碰断开关的改变,使得“哑弹”的发生率大大降低,同时也提高了打击的速率。然而,弹体在实际飞行过程中的情况非常复杂,除了高速飞行摩擦空气产生的热量以外,还有风阻带来的挑战,而这些会直接作用于整流罩上,传导至碰断开关,因此,覆铜带在导引头飞行过程中的热学、力学环境中的状态,对整弹工作可靠性与系统稳定性控制会产生十分重要的影响。通过工程计算,利用有限元仿真手段模拟导引头的工作环境,解算出粘接胶的极限热力学参数,这将为导引头碰断开关的装配提供关键依据。The break switch was an important part of seekers,it was usually installed on the inner shell of the seeker,which provided trigger signal for seeker.With the development of seekers technology,the position of break switch moved forward,and it was glued on fairings by using glue bonding thin copper tape.This change could only reduce the probability of dud but also increase the speed of attack.But when the seeker flighted,the environment was very complicated,excepted the heat of friction with the air during high-speed flighting,the wind drags also brought challenge,which would directly affect fairings.Therefore,the thermal and the stress of copper tape during the seeker flying would make an important impact on reliability and stability for seeker.Through engineering calculations,we simulated the work environment of seeker by using finite element analysis,and calculated the limit thermal-stress parameters,which provided important basis for break switch assembling.
