多形态微织构刀具切削性能仿真研究

摘  要:应用AdvantEdge FEM软件对多形态微织构刀具切削Ti-6Al-4V合金进行了一系列的切削仿真。在SolidWorks软件中建立具有刀具角度参数相同的无织构、横向织构、纵向织构、凹坑织构、纵横织构、凹坑纵横织构刀具,然后导入AdvantEdge FEM软件中,进行切削参数一致的切削仿真。对比分析6种仿真结果发现,无织构刀具切削力最大,纵横织构刀具切削力最小;无织构刀具前刀面有明显的超高温区,凹坑纵横织构刀具温度高温区域最小,纵横织构刀具峰值温度最低。说明纵横织构可以有效降低切削力,减小刀具高温区,降低刀具峰值温度。多形态织构比单一形态织构具有更好地的切削性能,可以更好地延长刀具寿命。A series of cutting simulation of Ti-6Al-4V alloy cutting with multi morphology micro texture tool were carried out by using AdvantEdge FEM software.In SolidWorks software,the tools with no texture,transverse texture,longitudinal texture,pit texture,vertical and horizontal texture and pit vertical and horizontal texture with the same tool angle parameters were established,and then it was imported into AdvantEdge FEM software to carry out cutting simulation with the same cutting parameters.After comparing and analyzing the six simulation results,it was found that the cutting force of the tool with no texture was the largest and the cutting force of the tool with vertical and horizontal texture was the smallest.The rake face of no textured tool had obvious ultra-high temperature area,the high temperature area of the tool with pit and longitudinal texture was the smallest,and the peak temperature of the tool with longitudinal and transverse texture was the lowest.It showed that the vertical and horizontal texture could effectively reduce the cutting force,reduce the high temperature area of the tool and reduce the peak temperature of the tool.The multi texture had better cutting performance and longer tool life than that of the single texture.
