摘　　要：新型订单农业是在传统订单农业基础上发展演化而来的,其特点主要表现为主体更为多元化、形式更为多样化、内容逐步拓展化、风险更加集中化。新型订单农业在运作模式上有如下特征:建立利益联结机制,形成稳固合作关系;实施生产统一管理,动态实现规模效益;突出特色优势产业,拓展农户增收空间;精准传递市场需求,促进产销有效对接。推动新型订单农业高质量发展,应拓展订单农业功能,注入现代生产要素;推进产业融合发展,提升助农增收空间;培育新型职业农民,构建多元化经营主体格局;明确政府职责,找准角色定位。The new order agriculture is developed and evolved on the basis of traditional order agriculture,and its characteristics are mainly characterized by more diversified subjects,more diversified forms,gradually expanded con-tent,and more concentrated risks.The operation mode of the new order agriculture has the following characteristics:establish a mechanism for linking interests and form a stable cooperative relationship;implement unified management of production to dynamically realize economies of scale;highlight characteristic and advantageous industries,expand the space for farmers to increase their income;accurately transmit market demand and promote the effective connection between production and sales.To promote the high-quality development of new order agriculture,we should expand the functions of order agriculture and inject modern production factors;promote the integrated development of industries,improve the space for helping farmers and increase income;cultivate new professional farmers,and build a diversified business entity pattern;clarify government responsibilities and identify roles.
