摘 要:【目的】探究大茎野生种57NG208血缘群体F1种质叶片的叶绿素含量SPAD值和叶绿素荧光特性,为含大茎野生种血缘甘蔗高光效品种或亲本的选育奠定基础。【方法】以大茎野生种57NG208血缘F1群体为试验材料,采用手持便携式SPAD-502叶绿素仪、PAM-2500便携式荧光仪,对其叶片的叶绿素SPAD值、初始荧光(F_(o))、最大荧光(F_(m))、最大光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(m))、潜在光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(o))、实际光化学效率Y(Ⅱ)、非光化学淬灭系数NPQ、光化学淬灭系数qP等指标进行相关分析和聚类分析。【结果】120份种质材料甘蔗叶片的8个光合指标的差异均达到极显著水平。相关性分析结果表明,潜在光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(o))与最大光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(m))呈极显著正相关,光化学荧光猝灭系数(qP)和非光化学荧光猝灭系数(NPQ)呈极显著负相关,Y(Ⅱ)值与叶绿素SPAD值呈正相关,与其余指标呈极显著正相关;基于实际光化学效率Y(Ⅱ)值进行系统聚类分析,参试种质被分为3大类,即低等光能转化效率类型(Ⅰ类)、中等光能转化效率类型(Ⅱ类)、高等光能转化效率类型(Ⅲ类)。【结论】在120份大茎野生种57NG208血缘F1种质中,云瑞19-8-43、云瑞19-8-54、云瑞19-8-62、云瑞19-8-64、云瑞19-8-106、云瑞19-8-44、云瑞19-8-2、云瑞19-8-108、云瑞19-8-38、云瑞19-8-57、云瑞19-8-26、云瑞19-8-50、云瑞19-8-107等13份材料属于高光效种质,在创新育种过程中要加大利用力度。【Objective】Through exploring the chlorophyll content SPAD value and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of the leaves of 57NG208 F1generation germplasm ofSaccharum robustum,the purpose of the present paper is to lay a foundation for the breeding of sugar⁃cane with the germplasm ofS.robustumwith high light⁃use⁃efficiency varieties or parents.【Method】The F1population ofS.robustum 57NG208 was used as the test material,and the portable SPAD⁃502 chlorophyll meter and portable fluorescence meter(PAM⁃2500)were used.Correlation and cluster analyses were carried out for SPAD value representing chlorophyll content,initial fluorescence(F_(o)),maxi⁃mum fluorescence(F_(m)),maximum photochemical efficiency(F_(v)/F_(m)),actual photochemical efficiencyY(Ⅱ),non⁃photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ)and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP).【Result】The difference of 8 photosynthetic indexes in 120 germplasm materials of sugarcane leaves was highly significant;The results of correlation analysis showed that the potential photochemical effi⁃ciency(F_(v)/F_(o))was positively correlated with the maximum photochemical efficiency(F_(v)/F_(m)),the photochemical fluorescence quenching coefficient(qP)and non⁃photochemical fluorescence quenching coefficient(NPQ)were negatively correlated,theY(Ⅱ)value was posi⁃tively correlated with the SPAD value of chlorophyll content,and the rest of indexes were positively correlated.Based on theY(Ⅱ)value of the actual photochemical efficiency of 120 germplasm materials,the samples were divided into three categories:Namely low light energy con⁃version efficiency type(classⅠ),medium light energy conversion efficiency type(classⅡ),and high light energy conversion efficiency type(classⅢ).【Conclusion】In 120 germplasm F1ofS.robustum57NG208,thirteen materials,which were Yunrui 19⁃8⁃43,Yunrui 19⁃8⁃54,Yunrui 19⁃8⁃62,Yunrui 19⁃8⁃64,Yunrui 19⁃8⁃106,Yunrui 19⁃8⁃44,Yunrui 19⁃8⁃2,Yunrui 19⁃8⁃108,Yunrui 19⁃8⁃38,Yunrui 19⁃8�
