摘 要:【目的】探究不同比例红蓝光对设施‘红地球’葡萄花芽分化的影响,解决设施内弱光环境导致的‘红地球’葡萄花芽分化不良问题。【方法】以‘红地球’葡萄为实验材料,温室自然光作为对照(CK),通过红(R)、蓝(B)、红蓝2∶1(R2B1)、红蓝4∶1(R4B1)、红蓝6∶1(R6B1)的LED光照处理,结合组织学、生理指标和成花基因表达。【结果】不同比例红蓝光对设施‘红地球’葡萄的花芽分化有显著影响。R4B1和R6B1处理能显著提高设施‘红地球’葡萄成花率,其中,R4B1处理下花芽分化速度快、成花率最高,第5节达到66%,叶片可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白、类黄酮含量增加,成花基因VvFUL、VvFT、VvAG、VvAP1、VvAP2、VvSOC1和VvSPL10上调表达,而VvLFY和VvFLC下调表达。成花基因与成花率的相关性分析表明,R4B1处理下的成花率与VvFUL、VvFT、VvAG和VvSPL10表达量呈正相关,成花基因VvAP1与VvFT呈正相关,与VvAP2、VvAP3呈负相关;VvFLC和VvAG呈负相关,VvFT与VvAP2、VvSOC1和VvSPL10呈正相关。成花基因网络互作分析表明,VvAP1、VAP2和VvSOC1表达量和总关联度高,VvAP1、VvAP2、VvSOC1和VvLFY是成花基因相互作用关键节点。【结论】R4B1处理能显著提高‘红地球’葡萄叶片营养物质积累和成花基因表达,促进花芽分化。这些结果可以为深入了解红蓝光调控‘红地球’葡萄花芽分化的生理和分子机制提供参考,为改善‘红地球’葡萄花芽分化提供理论依据。【Objective】The present paper aimed to explore the effects of different proportions of red and blue light on flower bud differentiation of‘Red Globe’grape in facilities,and to solve the problem of poor flower bud differentiation of‘Red Globe’grape caused by low light en⁃vironment in facilities.【Method】Taking‘Red Globe’grape as experimental material,without light supplement as control(CK),the effects of red and blue light on flower bud differentiation were explored by LED light treatment of red(R),blue(B),red and blue 2∶1(R2B1),red and blue 4∶1(R4B1)and red and blue 6∶1(R6B1),together with the study of histology,physiological indexes and floral gene expres⁃sion.【Result】Different proportions of red and blue significantly affected flower bud differentiation and flower related gene expression of facili⁃ty‘Red Globe’grape.R4B1 and R6B1 treatments significantly increased the flowering rate of‘Red Globe’grape in greenhouse.Among them,under R4B1 treatment,the flower bud differentiation rate was fast,and the flowering rate was the highest,reaching 66%in the fifth section.The contents of carbohydrate,soluble protein and flavonoid in leaves increased,and the flowering genesVvFUL,VvFT,VvAG,VvAP1,VvAP2,VvSOC1andVvSPL10were up⁃regulated,whileVvLFYandVvFLCwere down⁃regulated.The correlation analysis between flowering genes and flowering rate showed that the flowering rate under R4B1 treatment was positively correlated with the expression levels of VvFUL,VvFT,VvAGandVvSPL10,andVvAP1was positively correlated withVvFT,and negatively correlated withVvAP2and VvAP3.VvFLCwas negatively correlated withVvAG,andVvFTwas positively correlated withVvAP2,VvSOC1andVvSPL10.Network interac⁃tion analysis showed that the presentation and total correlation ofVvAP1,VAP2andVvSOC1were high,andVvAP1,VvAP2,VvSOC1and VvLFYwere the critical nodes of flowering gene interaction.【Conclusion】R4B1 treatment significantly increased leaf nutrient accumulation and floral gene expression in the‘Red Globe’gr
