摘 要:随着国家周边安全环境发生深刻变化,强国强军已成为时代要求,为满足装备战斗力快速生成和部队实战演训要求,装备制造企业需加速复杂电子装备的技术迭代和产能升级,走高质量发展之路。文章提出了构建复杂电子装备批产创新创效体系,通过建立专项规划团队、开展提质增效活动、构建测试技术集群、完善管理制度和强化成果推广等措施实施创新创效管理,该体系经过在企业内实践,大幅提升装备批产效能,有效促进了装备批产任务高质高效完成。As the security environment around the country has undergone profound changes,it has become the requirement of the times to strengthen the country and the military.In order to meet the requirements of rapid generation of equipment combat effectiveness and actual combat training,equipment manufacturing enterprises need to accelerate the technology iteration and capacity upgrade,and take the road of high-quality development.This paper constructs a batch production innovation and efficiency system for the complex electronic equipment,and through the establishment of a planning team,the implementation of quality and efficiency improvement activities,the construction of the test technology cluster,the improvement of the management system,the promotion of results and other measures to implement innovation and efficiency management.After the practice in the enterprise,the system has greatly improved the efficiency and effectively promoted the completion of equipment batch production tasks.
