摘　　要：当前国际经济形势复杂多变,国际贸易实践中发生商业风险的可能性增加。因此,从事国际贸易的企业,尤其是中小民营企业更需提高警惕,积极采取措施应对风险。针对国际贸易中的商业风险,一方面需要政府建立统计口径一致的信息平台提供分析数据和完善风险预警机制,为从事国际贸易的民营企业进行风险判断提供重要依据;另一方面也需要民营企业强大自身,在提高自身竞争力和抗风险能力的同时,做好风险的防控和转移,从而有效规避国际贸易中面临的商业风险。At present, the international economic situation is complex and changeable, and the possibility of commercial risks in international trade practices increases. Therefore, enterprises engaged in international trade,especially small and medium-sized private enterprises, need to be more vigilant and take active measures to deal with risks. As for the commercial risks in international trade, it needs the government to take the lead in establishing a platform with consistent statistical caliber to provide analysis data, and to improve the risks prewarning mechanism to provide an important basis for the risk judgment of export enterprises. It also needs private export enterprises to advance so as to improve their own competitiveness and ability to prevent risks, and take appropriate measures to prevent, control and transfer risks, so that they can effectively deal with the commercial risks faced in international trade.
