企业对外直接投资对创新能力的影响——基于PSM-DID实证方法的研究

摘　　要：对外直接投资成为企业参与经济全球化的重要举措。基于中国快速增长的对外直接投资背景下,分析中国企业对外投资对母国企业创新能力的影响,分析了企业对外直接投资对企业创新能力的影响及其机制,并利用微观企业数据及专利数据实证检验了企业对外直接投资带来的逆向技术溢出效应,为克服样本选择和内生性,采用了倾向匹配得分和双重差分的方法。研究发现,企业对外直接投资能够为技术创新带来积极影响,其中技术寻求型对外投资给企业带来的作用最为显著,以资源寻求的对外投资没有显著影响。Foreign direct investment has become an important strategy for enterprises to participate in economic globalization.Based on China's rapid growth of foreign direct investment,this paper analyzes the impact of Chinese enterprises'foreign investment on the innovation ability of their home enterprises.Based on different investment motives,this paper analyzes the impact and mechanism of enterprises'foreign direct investment on enterprises'innovation ability,and empirically tests the reverse technology spillover eSect brought by enterprises'foreign direct investment by using micro enterprise data and patent data.In order to overcome sample selection and endogenous,the paper adopts the methods of propensity matching score and double difference.The study found that enterprises'outward direct investment can bring a positive impact on technological innovation,among which technology seeking outward investment has the most significant effect on enterprises,while resource seeking outward investment has no significant impact.
