摘　　要：构建“双循环”新发展格局是推动中国经济高质量发展的重大战略举措,提供高质量的人才和智力支持,是新时期高等院校的责任和使命。立足“双循环”新发展格局,对贸易经济人才新要求进行解析,提出“双三螺旋”贸易经济人才培养模式,探讨其实现路径,对于优化贸易经济人才培养模式,提升高校人才供给与新发展格局人才需求匹配度具有重要意义。Constructing the"dual circulation"development pattern is a strategic measure to promote the high-quality development of China's economy.It is the responsibility of universities to provide high-quality talent and intelligence support.Based on the"dual circulation"development pattern,analyzes the new requirements for trade economic talents,proposes the"Double Triple Helix"talent training mode,and explores the realization path.It is important to optimizing the talent training mode and improving the matching degree between the supply and demand of trade economic talents.
