摘 要:质子交换膜燃料电池因为具有能量密度高、环境友好、噪音小、便携等优点,正得到越来越多的关注,其中的核心部件之一—催化剂层,目前主要使用铂碳催化剂制得。在使用乙二醇法制备燃料电池铂碳催化剂的实验中,首先通过调节乙二醇与水的质量比,获得了不同电化学性能的铂碳催化剂。进而探究了不同反应温度对制得铂碳催化剂电化学性能的影响。通过实验发现,较高的反应温度可以适当提升催化剂氧还原活性;而较低温度下,铂会缓慢还原成尺寸较大的铂纳米颗粒,因此,浆料的搅拌过程也会影响所得催化剂的性能。通过调节反应时加入氢氧化钠的质量,获得了不同粒径分布的铂碳催化剂,并探究了其电化学性能。实验结果表明,铂碳催化剂制备过程中,乙二醇与水的比例、反应温度、搅拌时间、氢氧化钠加入量都会对所制得铂碳催化剂的电化学性能产生影响。Proton exchange membrane fuel cells are getting more and more attention because of their advantages such as high energy density,environmental friendliness,low noise and portability.One of the core components,the catalyst layer,is mainly made of platinum carbon catalyst at present.In the experiment of using ethylene glycol method to prepare platinum carbon catalysts for fuel cells,we first obtained platinum carbon catalysts with different electrochemical properties by adjusting the mass ratio of ethylene glycol to water.The effect of different reaction temperature on electrochemical performance of platinum carbon catalyst was investigated.Through experiments,we found that higher reaction temperature can properly improve the oxygen reduction activity of the catalyst;at lower temperatures,platinum will be slowly reduced to larger platinum nanoparticles.Therefore,the stirring process of slurry will also affect the performance of the catalyst.By adjusting the mass of sodium hydroxide,we obtained platinum-carbon catalysts with different particle size distributions and investigated their electrochemical properties.The results show that the ratio of ethylene glycol to water,reaction temperature,stirring time and the amount of sodium hydroxide will affect the electrochemical performance of the prepared platinum carbon catalyst.
