摘　　要：2012年以后,印太地区成为了美日海上防务合作的重点区域。在印太战略的框架下,两国重点打造了东海、台海、南海、印度洋“三海一洋”安全互动机制,并期望以此为载体构建印太全方位安全合作体系。美日海上防务合作既受传统海权理论、海洋国家联盟等地缘政治思想的较大影响,也是冷战结束后美日同盟制度建设不断推进的产物,并与近年来两国携手维持印太地区“自由主义国际秩序”的战略诉求息息相关。拜登政府时期美日印太海上防务合作存在新的推动因素,并呈现若干新的动向,将对我国周边及印太安全环境产生较明显的负面影响。我国需对美日合作态势进行准确研判,并予以有效应对。Indo-Pacific region has become a hot area in US-Japan maritime defense cooperation since 2012.Under the framework of Indo-Pacific strategy,U.S.and Japan have focused on building a security interaction mechanism along the East China Sea,Taiwan Strait,the South China Sea,and Indian Ocean,and hope to build an all-dimensional indo-Pacific security cooperation system based on this mechanism.The US-Japan maritime defense cooperation is not only greatly influenced by the geopolitical theories such as“sea power”and“alliance of maritime states”,but also the product of the continuous upgrading of the US-Japan alliance after the cold war.Moreover,it is also closely related to the strategic appeal of the two countries to maintain the“liberal international order”in the Indo-Pacific region.During the Biden administration,there are new driving factors and new trends in the US-Japan Indo-Pacific maritime defense cooperation,which will have a relatively obvious negative impact on the security environment of China s neighborhood and the Indo-Pacific.For China,the situation of U.S.-Japan cooperation should be analyzed accurately and responded effectively.
