摘 要:研究纯Cu添加量对轧制铝箔坯料组织与性能的影响,纯铝加热温度720℃,分别加入不同添加量的纯Cu,生产不同铸态铝箔坯料,通过4道次的轧制,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和电子拉伸试验机等工具对添加纯Cu前与不同添加量的铝箔坯料显微组织形貌和力学性能进行分析。结果表明:将纯Cu加入铝箔坯料中,可以使组织细化,随着纯Cu添加量的增加,铝箔坯料组织变得细密均匀,产生的CuAl2可以提升铝箔抗拉能力,在370℃×6 h退火时,当Cu添加量为0.5%时,所得的铝箔坯料显微组织晶粒大小为10μm数量级,比添加前的60μm数量级减小了75%,抗拉强度从添加前的53.1 MPa提高到100.2 MPa,提高了88.8%。The influence of the amount of pure Cu addition on the organization and performance of the rolled aluminum foil billet was studied.Pure aluminum heating temperature of 720℃,different amounts of pure Cu was added separately to produce different cast aluminum foil billet.After rolling 4 times,the microstructural morphologies and mechanical properties of the aluminum foil billet before and after adding Cu were analyzed by using the tools of optical microscopy,scanning electron microscope and electronic tensile test machine.The results showed that adding pure Cu to aluminum foil refined the structure.With the increase of pure Cu addition,the structure of the aluminum foil billet became dense and uniform,and the produced CuAl2 could increase the tensile capacity of aluminum foil.When annealing at 370℃for 6 h and adding 0.5%of Cu,the microstructure grain size of the obtained aluminum foil billet was on the order of 10μm,which was 75%smaller than that of 60μm before Cu addition.Moreover,the tensile strength increased from 53.1 MPa to 100.2 MPa by 88.8%.
