摘 要:目的探究柱状微粒皮移植联合新型生物敷料在小面积严重烧伤创面修复中的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月—2021年2月接诊的116例小面积严重烧伤患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为观察组和对照组各58例,对照组予以柱状微粒皮移植治疗,观察组予以柱状微粒皮移植联合新型生物敷料,比较2组患者的创面愈合时间、住院时间、换药次数及二次创伤评级,分别采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评估2组患者换药期间疼痛程度及术后3、6个月烧伤创面瘢痕增生情况,并记录2组患者创面愈合后供皮区水疱、瘙痒、破溃等不良事件发生率。结果观察组住院时间及烧伤创面愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组换药次数少于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组2次创伤评级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3、6个月VSS评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),创面愈合后不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柱状微粒皮移植联合新型生物敷料治疗小面积严重烧伤患者,可有效缩短患者术后恢复时间,减少创面二次损伤,降低患者更换敷料时的疼痛程度及术后不良事件发生率。Objective In order to explore the clinical efficacy of columnar microparticle skin transplantation combined with new biological dressings in the repair of small-area severe burn wounds.Methods A total of 116 patients with small-area severe burns who were admitted in our hospital from May 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.Using computer random number method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with columnar microparticle skin transplantation,and the observation group was treated with columnar microskin transplantation combined with new biological dressings.The wound healing time,hospital stay,number of dressing changes and secondary trauma ratings were compared between the two groups.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and vancouver scar scale(VSS)were used to evaluate the pain degree during dressing change and the hyperplasia of burn wound scarring in the two groups at third and sixth months after operation.The incidence of adverse events such as blisters,pruritus,and ulceration in the donor site after the wounds were healed in both groups were recorded.Results The hospitalization time and burn wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had fewer dressing changes than the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the secondary trauma rating of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in VSS score between the observation group and the control group at third and sixth months after operation(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events after healing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Columnar microparticle skin transplantation combined with new biological dressings to treat patie
