摘 要:为选育高粱理想株型突破性新品种,对以恢复系7037和矮四为亲本构建的F_(2)分离群体的7个株型相关性状进行综合评价。结果表明:F_(2)群体中7个株型性状的变异丰富,不同性状间相关关系复杂,群体中显著或极显著的相关关系比率为52.4%。通过主成分分析均确定了4个公共因子,其中株高因子为株型的主要影响因子,依据综合评价得分,在82份材料中筛选出8个株型优异的后代品系。根据聚类分析将82份材料划分为3个类群,其中类群Ⅰ中的35份材料具有较高的育种价值。该研究为高粱的理想株型育种提供了理论依据,并为株型突破性新品种的选育提供了重要的材料基础。In order to select new breakthrough varieties of sorghum with ideal plant type,a comprehensive evaluation of seven plant type related traits was conducted in the F_(2) segregating population constructed using the restoration lines 7037 and Aisi as parents.The results showed that the F_(2) population was rich in variation in the seven plant type related traits,with complex correlations among the different traits.Four common factors were identified through principal component analysis,of which the plant height factor was the main influencing factor for plant type related.The 82 families were divided into three clusters based on cluster analysis,with 35 materials in cluster I being of high breeding value.This study provides a theoretical basis for breeding for ideal plant type of sorghum and provides an important material basis for the selection of new plant type breakthrough varieties.
