摘  要:采用响应曲面法优化了微波辅助法提取姜黄多糖的提取工艺。结果表明提取料液比、提取时间和提取温度分别为0.020 g.mL^(-1)(1∶50)、5 min和100℃时提取率最高。采用最优提取工艺测定家种与野生姜黄的多糖含量,姜黄多糖含量可高达1.42%,野生姜黄多糖平均含量为1.36%,家种姜黄中多糖的平均含量为1.38%,结果证明家种姜黄与野生姜黄多糖含量差异无显著性。优化后的姜黄多糖提取工艺可大大缩短提取时间,节约成本,可为姜黄资源的进一步开发利用提供参考。In order to better utilize the polysaccharides in turmeric,the polysaccharides in turmeric were extracted by a microwave-assisted method,and the extraction process was optimized by the response surface method.Taking the extraction rate as the investigation index,the optimum microwave-assisted extraction of the polysaccharide from turmeric was obtained as follows:material-liquid ratio,temperature and time were 0.020(1:50) g.mL~(-1),100 ℃ and 5 min respectively.The polysaccharide content of domestic and wild turmeric was determined by the optimal extraction process.The polysaccharide content of turmeric can be as high as 1.42%,and the average polysaccharide content of wild turmeric was 1.36% and those of home-grown turmeric was 1.38%.The results showed there was no significant differences between the content of polysaccharide of wild and home-grown turmeric.The optimized extraction process of turmeric polysaccharide can greatly shorten the extraction time and save cost,which can provide a reference for the further development and utilization of turmeric resources.
