摘  要:研究人参根际土壤微生物群落与土壤环境因子的关系,为老参地土壤生态修复提供科学依据。采集森林土(G0)和3种人参根际土壤(以下称G4、G5和G6),采用磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)法检测土壤微生物群落组成结构,超高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)联用法测定土壤中8种人参皂苷单体(Rb1、Rb2、Rc、Rd、Rg1、Re、G-VXII和F2)的含量,化学方法测定土壤化学性质。结果表明:与G0相比,人参根际土壤PLFA类型明显减少,总PLFA含量和细菌PLFA含量显著下降,而真菌PLFA含量逐渐上升。随着种植年限的增加,人参皂苷Rb1、Rb2、Rc、Rg1和Re在土壤中的相对含量下降,Rd、G-VXII和F2相对含量升高。人参根际土壤综合肥力指数(IFI)与G0相比显著下降(p<0.05)。冗余分析结果表明:土壤pH值、有机质、全磷、速效磷、全氮与土壤细菌群落丰度和真菌群落丰度均正相关,土壤人参皂苷单体Rd、G-VXII和F2含量与土壤真菌群落丰度正相关。说明人参皂苷含量是导致人参根际土壤微生物群落结构变化的关键环境因子。The relationship between microbial community structure and environmental factors in ginseng rhizosphere soil was researched in order to provide scientific basis for soil ecological restoration of old ginseng field.The soil microbial community structure and diversity of forest soil(G0) and ginseng rhizosphere soils(referred to as G4,G5,G6) were determined by phospholipid fatty acid(PLFA) method.The contents of ginsenoside monomers Rb1,Rb2,Rc,Rd,Rg1,Re,G-VXII and F2in soil samples were analyzed using ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The soil chemical properties were determined by chemical method.The results showed that compared with G0,the PLFA species of ginseng rhizosphere soils were significantly decreased,the total PLFA content and bacterial PLFA content decreased significantly,while the fungal PLFA content gradually increased.With the increase of planting years,the relative contents of ginsenosides Rb1,Rb2,Rc,Re and Rg1in the rhizosphere soils decreased,while the relative contents of Rd,G-VXII and F2increased.Compared with G0,the soil integrated fertility index(IFI) decreased significantly(p0.05).RDA analysis indicated that soil pH value,organic matter,total phosphorus,available phosphorus and total nitrogen were positively correlated with soil bacterial community abundance and fungal community abundance,and the contents of soil ginsenoside monomers Rd,G-VXII and F2was positively correlated with soil fungal community abundance.The contents of ginsenosides were the key environmental factors that led to the change of microbial community structure in ginseng rhizosphere soil.
